1. Discover

Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.

2. Research

• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from concept to final hand-off to engineering team.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.

3. Develop

Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to improve our products.

4. Deliver

• Work closely with web frontend / apps developer team during delivering products progress, making sure the output has great quality.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, business managers and CTO in order to create simple, easy-to-use software.

5. Others

• Have an overview of all existing products to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
• Review the usability, visual language and integrity of the products / projects regularly
• Support team in any process of projects and ad-hoc tasks.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for responsive website and mobile apps.
• Familiar with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Figma and its libraries is a must.
• Should understand the principles of responsive web design to keep web pages readable on small screens.
• Understanding of Apple and/or Android best practices for mobile app interface design is preferred.
• Strong product mindset, user-centric + problem-solving + analytical/UX mindset is preferred.
• The ability to refine ideas in the market and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the agile process, ability to create prototype and wire frames quickly in an iterative environment is a plus.
• Experience with Zeplin , XD, Principle or similar products is a plus.
• Knowledge in using Prototyping software like Marvel, Invision etc.
• Understanding Bootstrap or Foundation CSS framework for responsive web.
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices.

• Supervisor position: CTO.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
• Working location: 9th floor, 37 Ky Con, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCMC.
• Company’s computer provided: Yes.
• Salary Payment time: 5th every month.
• 15 annual leaves per year.
