Hunter role for new business development, driving share gain in winning new customers.
Initiate and build relationships with senior management in existing and potential customers so that Coats can develop and expand the customer contact map to ensure we have access to the key decision makers.
Achieve company’s sales plan and other KPI assigned by the company
Provide demand forecast to help secure production lead-time
Deliver collection achievement vs. target as well as the intended DSO
Identifies opportunities of product improvements or new products by understanding customer pain points, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Understand the market dynamics, trends and emerging needs of customers and translate this into actionable insights which are shared proactively using the CSX CRM platform.
Provide technical support to customer on site via technical solution, seminar or training.
Communicate with other departments internally so that Issues/challenges/opportunities/product innovation can be prioritized and resolved so that sales/ service targets can be met.
Actively support key strategic customer meetings to promote the benefits of Coats product, service & digital offer
Support global projects and innovations in the local market.
Contribution to other priorities of the company.

Minimum of 8 years working experience in Sales – preferably in the Apparel/Footwear/Bag segment.
Proven evidence of developing new business independently.
Excellent technical, inter personal and managerial skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fair command of written English;
Self-motivated, stand up to challenge and willing to work under pressure.
