Research, design, and validate integrated AI solutions such as Voicebot, eKYC, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI Agents.

Ensure solution quality in terms of latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Assess legal, compliance, and data residency constraints across SEA & Japan markets.

Propose flexible infrastructure architectures based on country-specific requirements, including on-premise, private cloud, public cloud, hybrid, and edge.

Lead and support technical demos, small-scale PoCs, and large proposals in collaboration with local Sales and Presales teams.

Act as the technical authority connecting AI capabilities, cloud infrastructure, and system integration.

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.

• Good English communication and presentation skills, able to work effectively with regional and international stakeholders.

• Must have hands-on experience delivering real AI and cloud solutions (not only conceptual design).

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI services, and system integration.

• Experience in multi-country or regional environments is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing market conditions.
