Your tasks:
Your main task is to provide administrative support to the team across Southeast Asia. You would be responsible for handling invoices with accounting department, checking reimbursement reports, handling staff travelling booking like air ticket and hotel, updating leave record, handling insurance topics, assisting exhibition’s preparation…etc.
Location:
Home office.

Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experiences
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in office administration
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Fluent in English both speaking &writing is a must
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Detail oriented, well-organized and a good team player
