• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs), Hospitals and Retail Chains

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.

• Proactively develop and executive demand creation strategies at POS in retail channel, to ensure strong sell-out growth

• Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.

• Product Training & Education: Strong understanding of clinical data supporting range of dermatological products, educate clients on unique product benefits, proper usage and positioning for correct patient

• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competition, and customer needs.

• Organize and lead product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.

• Work closely with local and regional marketing teams to proactively suggest, and lever regional investments, strategies and tactics and tailor for the local market

• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, in the medical aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – understanding and ability to communicate in English

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong collaboration with marketing teams and working in a multinational company

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities and ability to position products based on technology and clinical advantages

• Understanding of Clinic and stakeholder motivations, influencing factors and “partnership” mindset

• Understanding of Skin care/Aesthetics eco-sytstem and proven capability to manage senior business stakeholders in Retail Pharmacy chain, Clinics and Hospital channels

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

 KEY RESULT AREAS

• To achieve / exceed allocated sales target consistently through effective and efficient selling activities in assigned areas.

• To ensure he / she is well equip with good product knowledge and selling skills at all times.

• Manage and develop territory assigned including identifying and setting of KAM list, KAM objectives, the maintenance of existing customers and development of new potential customers to increase overall sales and customer base in the territory.

• Promote and detail clinical data of products with good command of product knowledge and selling skills in line with company expectations and implement promotional strategies in accordance to product marketing platforms as directed.

• Proactively suggest and drive execution of sales and marketing activities based on strategy, client needs and clinical KOL connections.

• To prepare and submit on time the various reports as defined.
