- Be responsible for the whole North area.
- Manage and develop KOLs in the territory.
- Manage, develop, implement bidding/tender process successfully through cooperation with distributors, actively support to distributors for products information and related needs.
- Build planning to find and develop new distributors.
- Work with product distribution partners, manage and evaluate partner, monitor weekly and monthly sales, training sales reps in distributors.
Tender: Understand VietNam drug tender market, tender regulation, tender procedures
Marketing: Have experience about Marketing activities
- Bachelor degree as pharmacist or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in medical devices about tender, sales, products, or market.
- Sales experience in wound care, bone graft, spine implants, surgical products, aesthetic products (dermal filler) and cardiovascular stents also welcome
- Good command in English.
- Willing to travel frequently for business.
- Effective negotiation, excellent communication skills, good presentation skills and team player.
- Good at Microsoft office.
- Highly positive, motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines.
- Minimal to moderate travels required.
