THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisors professional to support the execution of business growth strategies through data analysis, insights generation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives for Vietnam market. 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 

• Support the execution and localization of business programs to strengthen market growth across Vietnam.
• Consolidate and analyze key data inputs to enable informed decision‑making and targeted member segmentation.
• Maintain accurate dashboards and KPIs with timely updates to ensure reliable performance tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally to secure smooth, on‑time delivery of programs and initiatives.
• Provide essential data, materials, and logistics support for distributor trainings, workshops, and leadership activities.
• Assist in planning and executing events, incentives, and recognition programs to enhance distributor engagement.
• Uphold compliance and ensure clear, consistent communication of program policies and guidelines.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the direct selling industry.
• Proven ability to manage strategic and operational sales initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to work with KPIs, dashboards, and ROI tracking.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL and Power BI is a strong plus.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales actions to broader goals.

Education

 •  Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, Data Analysis or a related field
