Job Summary
• This role will be responsible to expertly manage and execute all business unit pre-sales activities, providing advanced technical consulting to resolve customer challenges, recommend solution specifications, and drive successful Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.
The role will also be accountable for leading customer and partner technical training, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring the robotics solution center's readiness, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Key Accountabilities
• SI and end-user support to resolve application issues
o Understand customer’s and partner’s technical requirements
o Perform software or robot simulation to achieve the required results
o Explain how results are derived and if not successful, what are the challenges involved and what are the possible alternatives
• Sales team engagement on specification
o Work with sales team to identify and overcome specification challenges
o Regularly visit/follow up with customers to understand technical challenges
• Application training for SI and end-users
o Develop and enhance training agenda
o Develop and enhance training manuals
o Conduct trainings and demonstrate proper methods to customers
• New product/technologies workshops, exhibition & seminars
o Organize workshops and seminars
o Prepare technical presentations and printouts
o Prepare demo cells and support the exhibition
• Solution centres and demo units’ maintenance and management
o Ensure demo robots and cells are operational
o Keep technical room organized and tidy
o Ensure safety and regulations are adhere to
Key Job Requirements
• Technical Skills
o Knowledge of robot programming, automation hardware, sensors, and control systems.
o Familiar with conveyor tracking, vision systems, and industrial communications (Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, IO-Link, etc.)
o Experience with 3D design tools & simulation software (e.g. RobotStudio, Epson RC+, Solidworks) is a plus.
• Soft Skills
o Strong communication & presentation skills (English).
o Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude.
o Independent, self-driven, and able to manage field activities & travel within Vietnam.
• Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, or related).
o 2–5 years experience in industrial automation, robotics, or machine integration preferred.
o Experience with SCARA/6-Axis robots, machine vision, PLCs & motion systems is an advantage.
