  • To represent the company in the marketplace in a professional manner in the detailing and selling of company products in assigned territories, in accordance to defined policies and objectives.
  • KEY RESULT AREAS
  • To achieve / exceed allocated sales target consistently through effective and efficient selling activities in assigned areas.
  • To ensure he / she is well equip with good product knowledge and selling skills at all times.
  •  Manage and develop territory assigned including identifying and setting of KAM list, KAM objectives, the maintenance of existing customers and development of new potential customers to increase overall sales and customer base in the territory.
  • Promote and detail clinical data of products with good command of product knowledge and selling skills in line with company expectations and implement promotional strategies in accordance to product marketing platforms as directed.
  • ÖEnsure that planning of travel itinerary and bonus / discount given to customers is done in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  •  Regular and timely visits to customers in accordance to call plan.
  •  Participate and help in scientific / marketing activities wherever applicable.
  • To prepare and submit on time the various reports as defined.

SUBMISSION OF REPORTS

Ö        Submit the relevant sales reports to Sales Manager for review:

-          daily sales calls plan and calls report

-          weekly sales calls plan

-          monthly sales calls plan

-          territory management plan

-          weekly sales achievements plan

-          monthly sales achievements plan

-          any others as and when as directed by the Sales Manager

 

SELF IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Ö        Continuously strive to improve on product knowledge, selling skills and innovative methods of selling.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE

Ö        Maintain close contact with customers to obtain first-hand market information and knowledge of competitors’ products and their activities; the market trends in the same industry and; the opportunities and threats.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge based on the competitors and market environment
