Open Position: Business Development (Thailand, India, Indonesia)

Working Location: Thailand (Bangkok), India (Mumbai), Indonesia (Jarkata)
Working time: Mon – Fri, remote
Key Job Description:
The role is overseas sales business development position, responsible for the sales of the group's products in Thailand, India, Indonesia.
• Strictly implement country sales strategy and tactical plan; achieve the sales targets according to agreed budgeted volume and pricing.
• Maintain existing customers, develop end user customers from initial introduction to establishing customer relationship and closing sales opportunities; collect market information from demand and supply perspectives (including competitor activities) and to determine customers’ needs and eventually fulfilling target needs.
• Making sales plan for responsible market(s), starting from development plan to actual execution such as negotiation on procurement contracts and implement according to agreed KPIs and action plans from daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
• Strictly follow company's sales SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and regulations.
• Ensure customer contracts are executed smoothly and payments to be collected in full and on time.
• Respond to customers’ needs in a timely manner; improve customers’ satisfaction, maintain and increase market share for all product lines.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or food science degree, with at least 5 years of sales experience;
• Sales experience in the food additives industry or hydrocolloids, previous experience with xanthan gum will be a plus;
• Be proficient at listening, speaking, reading, and writing English;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to develop business from scratch
