·      Develop and implement effective supplier and sourcing strategies.

·      Ensure execution of category strategies and agreed action plans.

·      Monitor and track category performance indicators and results.

·      Conduct cost analysis of commodities, subcontractors, and market fluctuations.

·      Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce total procurement cost.

·      Evaluate subcontractor capabilities, potential risks, and market changes affecting sourcing strategies.

·      Provide timely updates and reports to Procurement and Business Unit Management.

·      Identify and resolve compliance issues, ensuring root causes are addressed in alignment with the Senior Procurement Manager.

·      Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

·      Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, International Business Economics, or Supply Chain Management.

·      Certified Purchasing Professional or equivalent qualification.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and ERP systems (or similar platforms).

·      Strong understanding of procurement practices within the furniture industry.

·      5–7 years in the furniture industry.

·      Minimum 4 years in a procurement or related position.
