·       Oversee the entire accounting function including general ledger, payables, receivables, cost control, fixed assets, cash flow, and monthly/year-end closing.

·       Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and SF Group’s internal policies.

·       Be responsible for signing key accounting documents together with the company’s legal representative in accordance with local law.

·       Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) to ensure accurate and timely audits and financial reports.

·       Lead and train the accounting team to ensure strong performance, compliance, and timely task execution.

·       Maintain and improve internal control procedures and ensure adherence to tax and accounting regulations.

·       Communicate and report with regional or headquarters’ finance team as required.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related majors.

·       Must hold a Chief Accountant Certificate issued according to Vietnamese regulations.

·       At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with minimum 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

·       Prior experience in FDI, logistics, or international trade companies is preferred.

·       Solid knowledge of VAS, Vietnamese tax laws, and relevant compliance standards.

·       Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

·       Proficiency in Chinese (working level)

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, MISA, or FAST
