Job Description
• Handling customer inquiries & complaints.
• RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required.
• Adhoc quotation handling.
• Contract renew.
• Acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries of company & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.
• Assist with the subsidiaries of company & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed
Job Requirements
• Knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures.
• Good at Chinese.
• Experience working experience in logistics industry or related fields.
• Which also have the experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered in first.
• Complete customers inquire timely & accurately.
• Provide the high-quality service to the clients & whilst keep the reasonable relationship with them.
