A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Direct communicate with Customers to receive inquiries for transportation & customs
2. Direct communicate with relevant parties for requested information to prepare documentation for transportation and custom inquiries
3. Input data accuracy and well update in system
4. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate.
5. Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound/outbound shipments
6. Prepare related documents for the shipment/order.
7. Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
8. Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
9. Maintain good relationship with customers and subcontractors
10.Respond to customer’s emails and escalations for activities in a timely manner
11.Conduct operation in line with SOPs, work instructions
12.Comply with the safety environment policy and company regulations.
13.Maintain teamwork, productive working environment
14.Send invoices and shipments documents to request payment from customers
15.Strictly follow safety policies and client’s requirements and regulations.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduated with major in Economics, Logistics, Foreign trade,,…
2. Good at Chinese.
3. Have experience at the same position and in Logistics company.
4. Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing;
5. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
6. Customer oriented mindset, clear pronunciation, efficient and "can do" attitude, good team player.
