• Develop and expand the Chinese market and other potential export markets, particularly for tropical fruits like durian, seafood, and other agricultural products.
• Manage and optimize relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets, conduct market research, and provide feedback on product market demand.
• Update client orders and sales progress in a timely manner.
• Negotiate business terms with clients in China, sign contracts, and manage product delivery and transportation matters.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments from clients and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely exports that meet customer requirements, especially using land transportation.
• Familiar with export logistics, especially land transportation, to optimize logistics efficiency and cost control.
• Integrate supplier resources, coordinate transportation and customs clearance processes, and provide customized logistics solutions.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of products to customers while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of export trade processes, including customs documentation, regulations, and procedures in both Vietnam and China.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and adjust strategies according to policy changes to avoid delays and additional costs.
• Stay updated on market and regulatory changes, adapting the export strategies to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in export sales of fruits, seafood, or agricultural products. Experience in the Chinese market is a plus.
  • Professional Knowledge:
    • Familiar with export processes, customs policies, and logistics.
    • Strong sales expertise and vendor resource management.
