Monitoring monthly salary calculations, personal income tax, and preparing monthly HR reports for the Board of Directors and Headquarters.
Overseeing the implementation of monthly Social Insurance, including procedures for increases, decreases, sick leave, maternity leave, and accident insurance.
Creating the annual staff cost budget and submitting it to the Finance & Accounting department.
Monitoring the implementation and evaluation of the HR software system.
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
Monitoring labor contracts, including creating new contracts, contract renewals, implementation, resignation processes, and contract termination in accordance with Labor Law.
Acting as a bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Implementing notices of procedures, regulations, and HR policies.
Consulting and resolving requests from relevant departments in accordance with regulations.
Implementing internal and external training programs.
Monitoring staff discipline and collecting bad debts from resigned staff.
Applying for work permits and visas for foreigners.
Managing the Union team.
Submitting reports to the Government as required by Labor Law.
Proceeding with requirements from the Board of Directors.
Managing all administration-related issues, such as: asset management, office and hub management, stationery, fire protection, cleaning, and security.
Booking air tickets and hotels for staff on business trips.
Purchasing materials, tools, stationery, and IT equipment as requested by departments.
− Bachelor Degree in HR, BBA or related field
− At least 3 years working in same position in logistics companies with same scope size
− Good at English and Chinese
