·         Search and gather customer information, build a database of potential clients.

·         Develop strategies to identify, evaluate, and propose suitable goods, imports, and suppliers (domestic and international) to meet customer needs.

·         Draft, submit, and monitor contracts with partners, suppliers, and customers.

·         Negotiate terms, pricing, and other conditions related to contracts and goods.

·         Oversee transportation progress, quality, and quantity of goods, ensuring commitments are fulfilled.

·         Handle issues that arise during transportation and delivery.

·         Receive, verify, and check documents from suppliers for accuracy and legality.

·         Determine HS Codes for the company’s imported goods

·         Assist with customs procedures, ensuring proper clearance for imports/exports and related documentation.

·         Manage and store records of import/export transactions and monitor related costs.

·         Track receivables and ensure timely debt recovery.

·         Provide weekly reports to management regarding these tasks.

·         Provide weekly work reports as required by superiors.

·         Be able to travel for business

·         Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Transportation, or a related field.

·         2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, sales, warehouse management, or customs.

·         Proficiency in Chinese (all four skills).

·         Logical thinking, creativity, and good communication skills.
