Job Overview:

The Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing mill, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire milling process to ensure efficient production.
• Hire and Manage workers in daily operation.
• Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to maximize productivity.
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
• Implement quality assurance protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports on production costs and operational efficiency.
• Generate detailed reports on production, quality, and safety metrics.
• Present findings to senior management and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with Israeli management to meet quotas, purchasing and implementing improvements into the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field - Advantage
• Proven experience in mill or manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
