Job Summary

• Operate, manage and develop the Operation Dept. of the Company.

• Quote the trucking rate to Sale.

• Optimize OPS team working efficiency and operating costs.

• Check and monitor Customs Fee at Border Gate.

• Optimize the efficiency of truck fleet operation.

• Check and monitor Truck fleet operation cost (repair fee, driver salary, gasoline charge…)

• Work closely with operation staff who contact with customer directly (drivers) or Customs official (operation staff at border gate).

• Review service supply contracts (consult service contract clause)

• Check and monitor Vendor’s service operation.

• Compare and coordinate operation between Vendors and in-house truck fleet.

• Re-organize information transaction methods between internal groups and between Vendors.

• Analysis OPS team job description. • Re-structure team scope of work efficiently.

• Co-operate with other departments to finalize business plans.

• Be responsible for working with the Customs Agency and transport companies.

• Manage and monitor process of goods delivery.

• Co-operate with KART overseas (KART China, KART Thailand…) to coordinate transfer shipment.

• Be responsible for handling of risk situations encountered during the delivery and dealing with customers’ complaints.

• Provide timely information to the relevant departments to ensure that the goods, documents, records are delivered completely and on time.

• Collect reports from OPS Dept. to finalize total report.

• Report periodically to Line Manager. 

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required

• Graduate from University with related fields.

• 3-5 years experiences in similar position. 

• Proficiency in Chinese. English is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Good organization and management skills.
