·         Handling customer inquiries & complaints

·         RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required

·         Adhoc quotation handling

·         Contract renew

·         Acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.

·         Assist with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed.

·         Monthly sales (revenue) report preparation

 

Yêu cầu công việc

·         Knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures;

·         Proficiency in Mandarin ​(4 skills)

·         2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background

·         Which also have the experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered in first

·         Complete customer’s inquires timely & accurately

·         Provide the high-quality service to the clients & whilst keep the reasonable relationship with them..
