· Requirement gathering & design: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and gather business & functional requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
· Develop project documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), use cases, system integrations, and workflows diagrams.
· Analyze current business processes and workflows. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and deliverable requirements.
· Create mockups, wireframes, and visual aids to support requirement clarity and stakeholder alignment.
· Lead system testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), by defining test scenarios, conducting user test sessions and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
· Deliver user training material & programs. Coordinate rollouts of new functionalities/systems to make sure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
· Provide day-to-day support for system-related issues and facilitate timely resolution to minimize production downtime.
· Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of business needs and technological solutions.
· Prioritizing business needs to drive efficient decision-making and timely execution
· Providing regular updates, clarifying requirements, and addressing concerns to enhance stakeholder engagement and team coordination.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
· Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and their use in manufacturing environments.
· Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and system integration practices.
· Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, supply chain, quality control, and shop floor operations.
· Skilled in business process mapping, re-engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.
· Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach to identifying business needs and recommending effective solutions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, and other departments to deliver business-driven solutions.
· Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
· Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation, system configuration, and testing.
· Adaptable to evolving business needs and technologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Friendly, professional, and self-motivated.
· Proactive, results-driven, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation.
