• Act as the dedicated Security Engineer for BAP projects and engage with stakeholders 

from an early stage. 

• Perform security risk assessments and define pragmatic security requirements. 

• Support the implementation of security controls across Cloud, Endpoint, Identity, 

Infrastructure, and AI. 

• Ensure alignment with Group IT Security standards and architecture. 

• Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Project teams to embed secure-by-design 

principles. 

• Support vulnerability management and remediation tracking. 

• Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis. 

• Provide practical security guidance, templates, and enablement to regional teams. 

• Facilitate threat modelling and support teams in conducting security assessments. 

• Support KPI/KRI tracking for project security and risk reduction. 

• Act as the bridge between BAP and Group IT Security. 

• Ensure timely detection and response to security threats. 

• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data. 

• Support audits and compliance initiatives. 

• Deep knowledge of Network Security, Cloud Security, and Application Security.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Proficiency in security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.  

• Ability to communicate complex security concepts effectively to both technical and non

technical stakeholders.  

• Experience or strong interest in AI Security is a major plus, particularly in:  

▪ Securing AI/ML solutions  

   - Data protection  

   - Model risks
