·      Oversee PP & SP workflow: assign technicians, review and approve system sheets, and ensure readiness for production.

·      Ensure alignment with customer expectations, ME drawings, and quality standards.

·      Coordinate with R&D and Application teams for system sheet approval before mass production.

·      Conduct Gemba walks, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.

·      Approve FOPs, manage PP library, and oversee panel testing and refreshing activities.

·      Troubleshoot production issues, document root causes and corrective actions, and provide training.

·      Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives related to color consistency, finishing cost, and chemical usage.

·      Facilitate cross-department communication, daily meetings, and visual management practices.

·      Lead and develop a high-performing technical team through training, clear KPIs, and daily performance evaluation.

·      Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and accountability (RACI) while ensuring timely support to other departments.

·      Conduct performance appraisals, motivate team members, and retain key talent.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Chemistry or related field.

·      Proficient in English (spoken and written).

·      Solid knowledge of finishing techniques (e.g., NC, MPU, PU, UV, etc.).

·      Strong color judgment and attention to detail.

·      Skilled in employee training, supervision, and performance management.

·      Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and time management abilities.

·      Competent in computer applications and general IT tools.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

·      8–10 years of total professional experience.

·      6 years of relevant experience in finishing or related fields.
