• The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team on a day-to-day basis, delivering on the job
coaching, training and support.
• They will complete employee reviews and deliver feedback to team members on a regular
basis.
• The Warehouse Supervisor must work in a safe manner, in line with company policies and
procedures.
• They will be comfortable in understanding and delivering business performance targets and
KPI’s.
• Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency.
• Planning for cycle count, PI count, and PIC for that. Control result, and report to customer.
• Manage movement SLOC request.
• Control and manage Inventory Reconciliation, mapping between our system and customer
system
• Control and manage convert consignment.
• Control and manage write up/down process for adjust stock.
• Control and mange screen on, sorting record for quality hold product.
• Build up for inventory SOP, WI, Processing.
• Tranning warehouse operator.
• Follow and action by request from customer and line manager.
• Design, control report by customer request.

• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant major
• Professional Qualification / Training
• Working Experience in a similar role
