• Junior Level: 0-2 years of experience in Python development and basic AI/ML projects. Exposure to LLM-based applications or agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Autogen2, LangChain) through internships or academic projects.
• Mid Level: 2-5 years of professional experience in Al development or backend systems. Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong Python programming skills (OOP, async, testing).
• Familiarity with LangGraph, Autogen2, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) for documentation and cross-team communication.
• Additional regional languages are a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to emerging Al technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating across functions.
• Interest in Al adoption and enterprise-level applications.
