• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop, propose, and execute account-level sales strategies and

tactics (e.g., pricing, product portfolio) for new and existing customers based on

comprehensive market analysis. 

• Market Intelligence: Continuously collect, analyze, and report data regarding the

macroeconomy, automotive industry, and fastener segment. 

• Business Management: Propose annual account-level budgets (volume and unit price) and

manage daily operations to meet assigned targets, including price negotiations, rolling forecasts,

and inventory management. 

• Customer Relations & Negotiation: Lead contract, pricing, and quality negotiations. Build

and sustain strong customer relationships through regular visits and high-level executive

meetings. 

• Cross-Functional & Project Leadership: Partner with internal departments to optimize

customer service and oversee full-cycle project management through to safe launch. 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Mechanical or Automotive Engineering preferred).  

• Experience: 15+ years of general working experience, including 8+ years in automotive parts sales. A background in Fasteners or AE/EV is highly preferred. 

• Technical & Operational Skills: Proven experience in technical selling/design-in and strong project management capabilities. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills. 

• Leadership Capabilities: Strong strategic thinker with sharp business acumen. Must be able to

balance strategic planning with daily operations, foresee issues, make swift decisions in complex

situations, and inspire teams to achieve aggressive targets. 

• Work Ethic & Style: A hands-on, self-motivated, and result-oriented senior professional. Must be reliable, persistent, and willing to travel intensively and work extended hours as needed.
