1) Manage and ensure set KPI are met.
2) Ensure spare parts availability through proper forecasting and management.
3) Managing Product Safety and product certificates, ensure it aligned with Vietnam Regulation and RHQ Policy
4) Managing Dept. budget (forecast and actual control for Warranty and SGA cost)
5) Follow up and proceed with customer claims relating to warranty issue
6) Managing all processes and claims relating to extended warranty (Coverplus) Sales
7) Analyse reports/data and provide for management reporting
8) Admin tasks: Service contract management, payment process for all service partners, all dept. document (Tender Document, Announcement to Service partners…),…
- Warranty support and verification.
- ASP verification and managing.
- Spare Part handling.
- Certificate gathering (Environment/Energy/Information certificate)
- Experience in B2B service support will be an advantage
- Experience in SAP and CRM system
This role is 10-month contract-based but open to be an official emloyee with longer career.
