• Supervise daily dyeing production activities and shift operations.

• Allocate and coordinate tasks for Shift Supervisors and production workers.

• Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of dye lots.

• Identify and address production issues to minimize defects and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

• Highlight potential delivery risks related to dyeing operations.

• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with Planning and Technical departments on daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. 

• College or University degree.

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role within the textile industry.

• Strong knowledge of textile dyeing processes.

• Good English communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Sociable, agile, and enthusiastic working attitude.
