• Proven track record in 0-to-1 factory setup and overall management of factories with 1,000+ employees.

• Must have deep experience in woven fast-fashion women's wear (pure knitted background is not accepted).

• Highly skilled in organizational building for large-scale operations, lean production, cost control, and managing quick-response models.

• High stress tolerance, excellent problem-solving capabilities for overseas emergencies, and strong cross-cultural awareness.

• Prior factory setup/management experience in Africa (especially Egypt/Kenya), knowledge of the local supply chain, and basic English communication skills
