• Perform daily internal accounting tasks and support overall financial/accounting operations in compliance with company policies and management guidelines.

• Assist in preparing accurate and timely internal financial and management reports for decision-making.

• Support the Chief Accountant in maintaining effective internal accounting systems, inventory management, and internal controls

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with strong emphasis on manufacturing environments.

• Specialized Preference: Candidates with strong experience in inventory accounting & production data management are highly preferred.

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of internal accounting procedures, cost accounting, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS). Basic understanding of tax regulations/IFRS is an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software MISA and MS Office (especially advanced Excel skills).

• Location Preference: Candidates living near Ben Luc (Long An) or convenient commuting routes are preferred.

• Careful, honest, accurate, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a calm and patient approach to work.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and strictly meet reporting deadlines.
