Responsible for on-site follow-up and implementation of factory projects, ensuring all stages proceed according to plan.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational workflows, including workshop production and warehouse management.
Assist in driving and optimizing the factory's internal systems (e.g., ERP, MES), including routine data monitoring, process oversight, and exception reporting.
Serve as a communication bridge between departments and between the Chinese and Vietnamese teams; promptly report project progress and on-site issues to supervisors.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in Chinese OR English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Professional Knowledge: Understanding of basic factory operations (familiar with warehouse management, workshop production, and related processes).
System Experience: Hands-on experience with ERP or MES systems is preferred.
Core Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility and proactive learning ability; outgoing personality with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
