▪ Monitor and assess employee competencies.
▪ Update new programs and training content according to each phase, aligned with learners’ needs.
▪ Analyze and propose strategies for professional and leadership competency development for OPs managers.
▪ Attract and retain talent through career path planning
▪ Develop training plans for the assigned Operations (OPs) region.
▪ Ensure training and development programs for staff and managers are implemented fully and on schedule.
Requirements
▪ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training management and capability development
strategy (at Manager level) in the F&B and Retail sector.
▪ Age: 30–40.
▪ Good communication in English.
▪ Experience in training and organizational capability development.
▪ Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
▪ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
