The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics and transportation operations, including warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, 3PL/transport providers, logistics cost control, compliance and continuous improvement.

8–15+ years of logistics/transportation experience, with solid experience in a managerial role. 

• Strong experience managing warehouse, transportation, distribution and 3PL operations. 

• Hands-on knowledge of import/export and customs clearance in Vietnam. 

• Good understanding of Vietnam customs regulations and procedures, ideally with experience working directly with Customs authorities. 

• Experience managing 3PL/transport providers, KPIs, SLAs, service quality and cost efficiency. 

• Proven people management and leadership experience. 

• Strong experience in logistics cost control and continuous improvement. 

• Good knowledge of compliance, HSE, food/feed safety and regulatory requirements would be an advantage. 

• Good English communication skills and experience working in a multinational environment.
