1. Maintain proper filing of potential customers and existing client records.
2. Proactively engages with new prospects in ITL products (Freight forwarding, contract logistics…) related activities to drive revenue growth.
3. Conduct sales team (2-4 members) planning and follow-up in line with departmental targets, objectives, and strategies.
4. Assist in developing and executing sales plans, conducting market analysis, and gathering customer feedback to optimize business growth.
5. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%) 1. Participate in Customer events, exhibition
2. Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.
3. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.
4. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for secured customers and ensure operational teams understand and follow them.
OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%) 1. Co-ordinate with accounting dept to Improve Company’s Cash flow
2. Co-ordinate with product team to improve internal and external SOPs to provide better services to clients.
3. Identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.
4. On time and accurate business report requested by Manager.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)
