Supervise daily sea freight export operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment handling.
Handle pricing activities, rate sourcing, and quotation support.
Ensure accurate system update and effective use of operational systems.
Support staff in resolving daily operational issues and escalations.
Assist Manager in team supervision, workload allocation, KPI monitoring, and staff coaching.
Coordinate with carriers, agents, customers, and internal departments to maintain service quality.
Drive SOP compliance and process improvement within the team

Minimum 10 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, including at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
Strong experience in both pricing and export operation.
Good knowledge of forwarding/operational systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team support skills.
Leadership potential and experience in guiding staff is preferred\
Good command of English
