·         The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team on a day-to-day basis, delivering on the job coaching, training and support.

·         They will complete employee reviews and deliver feedback to team members on a regular basis.

·         The Warehouse Supervisor must work in a safe manner, in line with company policies and procedures.

·         They will be comfortable in understanding and delivering business performance targets and KPI’s.

·         Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency.

·         Planning for cycle count, PI count, and PIC for that. Control result, and report to customer.

·         Manage movement SLOC request.

·         Control and manage Inventory Reconciliation, mapping between our system and customer system

·         Control and manage convert consignment.

·         Control and manage write up/down process for adjust stock.

·         Control and mange screen on, sorting record for quality hold product.

·         Build up for inventory SOP, WI, Processing.

·         Tranning warehouse operator.

·         Follow and action by request from customer and line manager.

·         Design, control report by customer request.

·         Bachelor or Master degree in relevant major

·         Professional Qualification / Training

·         Working Experience in a similar role in 3PL

·         Language: Good at English (good at Chinese is big plus)

·         Communication / Interpersonal Skills
