Main Responsibilities
1. Halal Registration:
• Communicate with Halal association, create documents and get audited.
• Improve halal registration process for efficiency.
2. Comply with Halal Standards:
• Report to halal association at the time of changes of ingredients, machines and processes etc.
• Make sure our products certified by halal association are under halal standards.
3. Lead Halal Management Team:
• Create documents for halal management required by halal association.
• Take care of the daily activities in halal management team according to halal association requirement.
4. Reporting to Japanese Manager:
• Report the registration and audit process to manager.
• Report the results of communication with halal association to manager.
• Report the results of halal management activities to manager.
5. Training for Indonesia Halal:
• Attend a suitable training to maintain Indonesia halal.
6. Conduct daily activities at Quality Control:
• Conduct daily activities at quality control as QC staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Halal certificate process in food, preferably dairy industry.
• It is preferable to be trained by Halal certification body accredited by BPJPH or training institute have license by Indonesia Authority.
• Familiar with Halal, preferably Muslim.
• Proven experience in production supervision or production management roles.
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 700 or higher) for business conversation.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ambitious and resilient, with a strong willingness to learn and take on challenges.
• Open to candidates currently in Vietnam or in Japan with the intention to relocate back to Vietnam.
• Preferred candidates who live within a convenient commuting distance.
