• Searching for potential clients (distributors/direct networks/on-trade clients);
• Conducting negotiations aimed at selling products/increasing distribution/market share;
• Developing, organizing, and implementing BTL events at clients' locations aimed at increasing secondary sales/off-takes;
• Coordinating the activities of the company's departments involved in preparing and implementing product deliveries – from the legal and accounting departments to the warehouse, production, or transportation departments;
• Developing a sales plan and monitoring its implementation;
• Tracking sales and various statistical data directly related to them and creating a monthly report with a detailed analysis of the reasons for achieving a certain sales level.

• Preparing reports and analytical materials on the results of both the company's own work and that of the sales department as a whole.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales in FMCG sector, highly desirable in the Beverages category. Experience with low-alcohol beverages (beer) is a plus
- At least Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience in building distribution, product listing, experience in negotiations with key networks/sales channels, experience in developing and implementing a plan for promoting/increasing sales of products through BTL activation, a good understanding of the distribution structure in Vietnam, good business connections with network buyers and distributors, financial literacy, experience in developing and monitoring P&L in the region.
A desire to apply acquired experience/knowledge from other companies to a new project, to essentially become a co-creator of a startup, to have an entrepreneurial outlook and approach to business, to be able to quickly overcome difficulties and work under stress, to quickly adapt to change, to work for the end result, and not for the process itself.
