Key Responsibilities / Duties
· Analyze and assess sales performance to measure business efficiency and growth.
· Prepare comprehensive sales reports for the Board of Directors, providing insights on trends and strategic recommendations.
· Generate management reports that support informed business decisions.
· Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
· Sales process, product pricing strategies, and product information.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare sales contracts and related documentation.
· Negotiate and liaise with internal & external parties to structure promotional programs that drive sales growth.
· Manage and maintain effective communication with sales agents, addressing key sales-related matters.
· Participate in product development meetings, contributing market insights and adjusting strategies to align with consumer trends.
· Propose pricing strategies and prepare sales budgets to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
· Design and implement effective sales policies tailored to each product line.
· Develop sales plans and forecast strategies to meet customer demands and accelerate growth.
· Verify sales commissions to ensure accuracy, fairness, and transparency.
· Develop recruitment and training programs, fostering employee growth and optimizing productivity.
Functional Relationships
Internal : Head, as well as GLVN departments and staff
External : Investors, Strategic partners, Consultants, Estate Agents, Lawyers, Government Departments, Contractors and External parties.
Person Specifications
Qualifications : Bachelor of Business/ Commerce/ Marketing / Business Administration or related.
Experience : 8-10 years’ experience in property market or related field, at least 2 years in management/ team leader position.
Specific skills / abilities : Extensive working experience in Property industry.
Personal qualities : Good at teamwork and work independently, innovative and proactive.
