Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.

Experience     

10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with around 5 years in management role.

Specific skills / abilities

Proven track record in facility management, commercial operations and leasing; exposure to events and placemaking preferred.

Personal qualities

Good understanding of property development and construction, with ability to manage project cashflow and expenditure.
