OVERALL JOB FUNCTION
- The Large Format Printing market is growing in importance to the organization and is seen as the Hari product line to hedge against competitive pressures in the consumer market. A greater skew towards sales enhancement is seen as a key pillar in developing the business in existing and potential markets with core objectives of increasing end customer
engagement, sales closure, presales support and customer enclosure focusing on increasing revenue and profits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To conduct market research on competitor’s performance/activity and pricing.
- To implement and support sales & pre-sales activities to meet assigned sales target.
- To increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
Visualize pipeline in GX-CRM.
- To propose new creative solutions to ensure customers satisfaction.
- To engage in assigned accounts by giving real time supports, regular customer visits to meet customers’ business needs.
- Identifying end users by segment assigned under responsibilities scope.
- Consistent direct end users and dealer visitation, relationship building.
- Communicate with LFP channel partners and direct engage to end user to understand buying requirement, needs and changes in business environment.
- Make recommendations to internal teams for market / channel partners demand changes and improvements.
- To communicate and provide feedback on sales and marketing programmes.
- To participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as directed by the Line Manager.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA) MAJOR ACTIVITIES OUTCOME 1. Sell-Thorough of LFP
Products to target. • Positioning LFP in different segments and focus on increasing market share in each segment.
• Updating GX-CRM sales funnelling to team lead use for tracking sales activities & forecast.
• Supporting channels in sales & marketing activities and hold seminars and road shows to capture fresh leads • Achieve assigned sales target
• Increase LFP market share
(Signage and Photo) 2. Direct end customer engagement • Engage identified customers demonstrate selling techniques
• Co-develop customers together with partners with the objective of increasing customer spend on products
• Visualize opportunities and funnels in GX CRM.
• Timely submission of weekly report • Build strong relationships with key influencing
customers resulting in positive word of mouth
• Build internal capabilities and experience in direct customer engagement and customer
enclosure Establish a rigorous procedure from lead generation to closure. Increase sales closure ratio 3. Channel development and
engagement • Develop strategic tie up to implement new solutions
• Hold solution joint seminars/workshop within our partners to improve brand position and image as a solution/system provider through partner network
• Joint customer visit to close deal with channel partner.
• Joint visitation with channel partners to strategic accounts to show keen interest in customer closure. • Further develop current mindshare and trust
with partners
• Ensure all our partners are updated on product developments and move ahead with us
objectively
• Develop key customers by synergizing partnership efforts in creating a customized solution offer 4. Communication/Coordination • Executes strong and clear communications across dept/ division at VN, channel partners.
• Work with other related departments for common action/ ideas sharing • To avoid miscommunication or transfer of
incorrect information with channel partners &
end users.
• Work with other related departments for

overall VN revenue.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma/Degree (Preferable A Degree in Marketing), more importantly relevant experience RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years relevant similar sales experience
• Relevant industry for at least 1 years
• Understand the dynamic of the entire industry
• In-depth Knowledge of printing Industry PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
• Must be self-motivated.
• Ownership of responsibilities
• Results oriented.
• Able to work independently.
