• Window of Communication to Business Units Direct and costly.

• Disseminate all pertaining information from the development stage to purchase contracts.

• Lead the team to meet the T&A from the development stage to purchase contracts.

• Coordinate with heads of departments to strategically plan to improve the company procedures and to motivate the subordinates.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the garment manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of merchandising, purchasing, and garment production processes.

• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
