• Lead and supervise the QC team, ensuring efficient task allocation and support for production activities.
• Inspect and evaluate incoming yarn quality, including weight, hairiness, color, tension, and other technical specifications.
• Train and develop QC staff on yarn and finished product inspection procedures.
• Monitor quality performance across all production stages and coordinate with production teams to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare quality assessment reports for each yarn batch and product style.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes using quality tools such as 5W1H, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct in-line quality inspections every two hours and evaluate pilot runs and TOP samples.
• Compile and maintain technical and quality documentation related to products and production processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• College degree or above.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality control or a related supervisory role.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing quality processes.
• English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Careful, honest, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
