• Manage daily dyeing production activities and ensure on-time delivery of production orders.

• Supervise the dyeing process, assign tasks to shift supervisors, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

• Monitor dye lot status, identify delivery risks, and drive production flow to maximize output.

• Investigate dyeing issues and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with Technical and Planning teams to execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Ensure 5S practices are consistently maintained within the department. 

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar dyeing production management role.

• Strong expertise in garment dyeing processes, especially Nylon and Cotton dyeing.

• Experience with seamless garment dyeing is highly preferred.

• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production planning skills.
