• Industry Experience: At least 8 years of full-process quality management experience in large-scale woven garment manufacturing enterprises (single factory scale ≥ 600 people).

• Process Competency: Mastery of technical standards for woven garment sewing processes (e.g., shirts, dresses, skirts, trousers, trench coats, jackets, blazers, cottonpadded clothes, down jackets, etc.), capable of independently making sample garments; familiar with the AQL inspection system and quality standards of Japanese apparel brands.

• Brand Experience: Must have quality management experience with Japanese apparel brands (e.g., Muji, HONEYS, AEON, Shimamura, UNIQLO, etc.).

• Age: Under 45 years old (must be born after 1980), gender-neutral.

• Education: College degree or above.

• Language: Proficiency in Chinese communication; candidates with excellent English skills will be prioritized.
